Teleadio (the “Service”) is operated by Heard Entertainment, LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”). This page explains what Teleadio is, and what it is not, so that everyone who uses the Service understands how it works.
What Teleadio Is
Teleadio is primarily a search engine and directory for live television and radio streams. It helps you find stations and channels from around the world and play them in one place. We do not create, produce, host, upload, store, rebroadcast or control any television or radio programming.
Publicly Available Streams
The stations and channels listed on Teleadio are found through publicly available sources, such as the broadcasters’ own published stream addresses (URLs), public station directories and public playlists. When you press play, your device connects to the stream provided by the broadcaster or by a third party. We do not own these streams and we do not alter their content.
No Affiliation or Endorsement
Listing a station or channel does not mean that it is endorsed by, affiliated with or sponsored by us, or that we are authorized to represent it. All station and channel names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the stations and channels they refer to.
No Guarantee of Availability or Content
Streams are controlled by third parties and can change, move, go offline or be restricted at any time. We do not guarantee that any stream will be available, accurate, uninterrupted, lawful in your location or suitable for any purpose. We are not responsible for the content, advertising or practices of any stream or of the websites that provide it. Your use of any stream is at your own risk and may be subject to the terms of its provider.
Rights Holders and Station Owners
If you own or represent a station or channel and would like it changed or removed from Teleadio, or if you believe a listing infringes your rights, please email support@teleadio.com. Please include your name and contact details, the name of the station or channel, the page on Teleadio where it appears, and a short explanation of your request. We will review it promptly and, where appropriate, update or remove the listing.
